[00:10.48]the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said Tuesday.

[01:04.40]was lowest among 38 countries
[01:07.52]that are part of the Visa Waiver Program (VWP).
[01:12.56]VWP allows some travelers into the United States
[01:17.72]for tourism or business for 90 days or less without a visa.
[01:23.76]Countries with the highest rates of visitors who did not leave were
[01:29.08]Djibouti, Bhutan, Burkina Faso and Afghanistan.
[01:36.88]The report did not include numbers of visitors that entered by land,
[01:41.88]especially visitors from Canada and Mexico.
[01:46.04]More than 200 million people entered the U.S. at land border crossings in 2015.
[01:54.32]The department says it will try to include them in future reports.
